Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant - OL11 Area

• Role:
  Providing daily one-to-one support for a young boy, helping him engage with learning and develop confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Offer tailored support throughout the school day

• Encourage positive behaviour and social development

• Work closely with the class teacher and SEN staff

• Help create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children (school or care setting preferred)

• Patient, reliable, and empathetic

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to build a positive, trusting relationship
