SEN Teaching Assistant (full-time, temporary)

£463 - £550 per week PAYE (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications)

This is a term‑time only role with strong potential to become permanent following a successful qualifying period, alongside access to ongoing training and professional development. Requirements (Please Apply Only If You Meet the Below)To be considered for this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will:
- Have previous experience supporting children or young people or vulnerable adults
- Have a genuine passion for supporting pupils with SEN, including Autism, learning disabilities, sensory impairments or complex needs
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with pupils, staff and families
- Show emotional resilience and adaptability, remaining patient and positive in a fast‑paced, sometimes challenging environment
- Be reliable, proactive and committed to making a positive impact in a specialist education setting.
