The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
  • Maintain a positive, productive, and well-managed classroom environment.
  • Support students in their learning and encourage engagement throughout lessons.
  • Uphold school policies and promote high standards of behaviour and professionalism.
Candidate Requirements

The successful applicant will have:

  • A degree in any subject.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A confident, professional, and adaptable approach.
  • Previous experience working with children or young people, either in an educational or similar setting.
  • A genuine interest in education and supporting young people's development.
