Teaching Personnel is recruiting a confident, resilient and positive Behaviour Mentor to support pupils within a specialist SEMH secondary school in Rochdale.

This role is ideal for people who thrive on building relationships and helping young people overcome barriers to learning.

Your role will include:
  • Supporting students with social, emotional and mental health needs.
  • Managing behaviour positively through trust, consistency and encouragement.
  • Helping pupils re-engage with education.
  • Supporting emotional regulation and wellbeing.
  • Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams.
