Teaching Personnel is recruiting a confident, resilient and positive Behaviour Mentor to support pupils within a specialist SEMH secondary school in Rochdale.
This role is ideal for people who thrive on building relationships and helping young people overcome barriers to learning.
Your role will include:- Supporting students with social, emotional and mental health needs.
- Managing behaviour positively through trust, consistency and encouragement.
- Helping pupils re-engage with education.
- Supporting emotional regulation and wellbeing.
- Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams.
- Behaviour Mentoring

- Military or Security
- Psychology or Criminology Graduates
