Rochdale Council's SEND Travel Assistance Team is recruiting two Travel Trainers to help young people with SEND travel independently on public transport, building confidence to access education, employment and social activities. You will deliver one-to-one travel training, liaise with families, schools and transport providers, and monitor progress while upholding safeguarding and inclusion standards.
An enhanced DBS check is required.
