About the School

We're working with a specialist SEND school in Rochdale that supports young people aged 11-19 with a wide range of complex special educational needs, including complex autism. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in developing their provision and informal curriculum offer, helping learners build the skills they need to thrive in adult life.

About the Role

As Provision Coordinator, you'll take a leading role in shaping and delivering a specialist offer for learners with complex autism, ensuring the curriculum is meaningful, engaging, and tailored to individual needs. You'll work closely with teaching and support staff to lead, direct, and develop provision, while building strong relationships with learners, colleagues, and the wider school community.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring specialist leader who is passionate about complex autism and committed to making a genuine difference to the lives of young people with SEND.

Provision Coordinator Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the Engage provision and informal curriculum offer for learners with complex autism
  • Lead, direct, and develop teaching and support staff within the provision
  • Inspire and motivate young people in their learning and personal development
  • Contribute to research, development, and continuous improvement of the curriculum offer

  • Hold the Right to Work in the UK
