Hopwood Hall College in Middleton is seeking a Student Success Coach for term-time only. The role supports a designated cohort of learners, monitors attendance, and intervenes to remove barriers to education. Some evening and weekend work may be required to meet needs.
You will provide front line welfare support, assess risk, and refer to safeguarding teams where necessary, while maintaining accurate ILP records and liaising with cross-college teams to retain learners and promote wellbeing.
