Time Plan Education Group is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support pupils aged 11–16 with SEN in a Rochdale secondary school from September. You will work alongside teachers, therapists and SEN professionals to help pupils access learning and develop independence.
The role requires patience, resilience and a compassionate approach, with a focus on promoting positive behaviour, communication and personal development within a safe, structured environment.
