In this role, you will play a vital part in providing high‑quality personal and intimate care, ensuring that each learner’s dignity, comfort, and wellbeing are central to everything you do. You will work alongside a supportive staff team, contributing to a caring environment where our learners feel safe, respected, and encouraged.

Key responsibilities include:- Providing daily intimate and personal care, ensuring dignity, comfort, and respect at all times.
- Supporting pupils with their personal hygiene routines, offering encouragement and promoting independence wherever possible.
- Acting as a responsible adult, assisting with the supervision, safety, wellbeing, and personal care of individuals or small groups under the guidance of teaching or senior staff.
- Provide classroom cover as a Teaching Assistant when required, supporting learners, preparing resources, and contributing to a positive, productive learning environment.
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to safeguarding and to promoting the welfare of children and young people with SEND.

The successful candidate will be willing to work across all cohorts of the school and will work as part of a team with a specific area of responsibility.
