About the Role:

As a Learning Mentor with a focus on behaviour, you'll work closely with some of the school's most vulnerable students - building the kind of trusted, one-to-one relationships that create real and lasting change. Strong relationship-building skills with young people, families, and professional colleagues
Emotionally resilient, adaptable, and calm in difficult or unpredictable situations
Experience working with vulnerable pupils or those with social, emotional, and mental health needs
Knowledge of restorative approaches and/or pastoral support planning would be a real advantage
