Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £45K - £60K depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC projects.

• Collaborate with directors, project managers, and engineers to gather information and develop comprehensive estimates.

• Conduct site visits and assessments to understand the scope of work and identify potential challenges.

• Prepare and present cost estimates and bid proposals to clients and management.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and labour costs.

• Identify and evaluate potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.

• Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.

Experience &

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a HVAC Estimator in the building services industry.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and HVAC systems, materials, and installation practices.

• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using estimation software and tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
