Lift Service Supervisor

Our client, a well-established and growing lift engineering business, is seeking a Service Supervisor to join their North West operation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a successful and expanding organisation that values its people and offers long-term career progression. Working from a busy Manchester office, you'll oversee a team of service engineers across the region, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality maintenance and repair service while building strong relationships with customers and supporting the continued growth of the department.

This position would suit someone with a strong background in lift maintenance and repair who enjoys leading teams, solving technical challenges, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role Lead and support a team of lift service engineers across the North West. Manage maintenance, breakdown, and repair activities within a busy service operation. Act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and subcontractors. Conduct technical surveys, audits, and risk assessments. Support operational performance and service delivery targets. Help drive the ongoing growth and development of the service department.

About You Proven experience within the lift industry, ideally with a strong maintenance and repair background. Excellent communication and organisational skills. The ability to motivate and manage engineering teams effectively. A customer-focused approach with strong technical knowledge. Full UK Driving Licence. Willingness to undergo a DBS check. What's on Offer Salary up to £60,000 depending on experience. Company Vehicle or Cash Allowance.
