Recruitment Solutions are delighted to be partnering with our Client to appoint a Finance Controller. Our Client is an ambitious Manufacturing Group with growth plans for operations in the UK and US. Reporting to the MD and supported by a small but proactive Finance team, the role of the Finance Controller will form part of the Senior Leadership team. The role is suited to a proactive and hands‑on character with a proven track record of success in an SME type business.

Your contribution as part of the Senior Leadership team will support the continued growth of the business.

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA – Qualified (QBE options considered if you have manufacturing experience)
• A track record of success in an SME type business of £10m–£15m
• A strong understanding of Financial Management – Costing and Commercial Analysis
• Ability to work across an ERP System
• A hands‑on and flexible approach – this may include occasional overseas travel

• Annual Salary of c £50,000–£80,000 – the range is broad to take into account qualifications and experience
