Recruitment Solutions are pleased to be partnering with our Client to appoint a Fractional Finance Manager
. To meet our Clients criteria you will be ACA / CIMA or ACCA Qualified.
Your role as Fractional Finance Manager will be to provide meaningful insight across a Clients business - your role will to become a trusted Business Partner and to work support across a range of Financial and Commercial elements.
To also meet our Clients criteria you will have had a minimum of 5 years plus exposure across Management Accounting or Client Accounting or as a Finance Manager within Commerce and Industry, You Will a character who enjoys a hands on approach and the interaction with a variety of different Business Leaders. Finally, you will be an organized character - who can work to a variety of deadlines and time frames and be able to take a self sufficient approach - whilst at the same time being able to take a team with you when needed.
Core Functions of the Fractional Finance Manager role are- Management Accounting
- Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet Reporting
- Variance Analysis
- Month End Reporting
- Preparation of individual Client Reports and Business Assessments
- Fractional Finance
- Cash Flow Forecasting
- Budgets and Forecasts
- Financial Strategy and Planning
- Process Improvements
- Be the go to person!!
- Annual Salary of c £50,000
