• Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care for all residents.
• Manage and support a team of care staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
• Handle budgets, staffing, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
• Engage with residents' families, maintaining open and supportive communication.

• Proven experience as a Care Home Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in care.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
