Our home is a 5 bedded home that looks after young people with behavioural difficulties. The home is set on the grounds of a school and another 5 bed home as well. The home is furnished to a very high standard, with a great diverse staff team.
We currently have 4 young people in the home, 3 boys (14, 14 & 12) and 1 girl (14 years of age). All have their own different backgrounds; the young people are very settled within the home.
The team works on a schedule of 1 day at work and 2 days off. They work as 3 teams of 4 and alternate sleeps with the teams. The staff cover each other for annual leave along with sickness.
