Recruitment Advisor

Recruitment Solutions are pleased to working with our Rochdale based Client to appoint a Recruitment Advisor.

The role of Recruitment Advisor will initially be offered on a Temporary Assignment from now until the end of the year. The role will then be reviewed for 2027.

THE ROLE OF RECRUITMENT ADVISOR and WHO YOU WILL BE AS A PERSON

Working as part of a small Recruitment Team – you will be a gutsy / can do / grafter who will thrive on the day to day activity and sometimes chaos of Recruitment!!

You will have worked in Recruitment before – you may have also touched on HR but the KEY FUNCTION of this role is RECRUITMENT. If you have used an Recruitment Tracker System that will be an advantage but is not essential. The essential elements to this role is your commitment to our Client / and your love of a busy – non stop Recruitment role!

The role will be paid Weekly via Timesheet and Hourly Rates offered will be in the region of £15.00 hr – £18.00 hr – doe rate will also have Holiday Pay calculated in addition.
