Requirements
  • At least 3 years experience working within Agile delivery teams
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile and Lean methodologies
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Microsoft Office
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Full SC clearance eligibility and UK eyes only
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams
  • Work closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritise product backlogs
  • Remove delivery impediments and help teams overcome obstacles
  • Coach teams in Agile and Scrum best practices, supporting continuous improvement and increasing Agile maturity
  • Build a collaborative, psychologically safe environment where teams can openly raise challenges and continuously improve
  • Use delivery metrics and team data to identify successes, trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Support effective communication between delivery teams and key stakeholders
  • Promote Lean and Agile principles across the wider programme

We are supporting the Dreadnought Programme, where you will help develop cutting-edge technology that plays a critical role in the UKs future defence capability. This is a 12-month contract based in Warton, with an hourly rate of £41.85 PAYE or £56.41 Umbrella inside IR35. The role requires 4 days onsite per week and is a 37-hour Monday to Friday position.
