Location: Milnrow
Outsource is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach to join the Dreadnought Programme in the UK. The 12-month contract is based in Warton with four days onsite per week and a 37-hour week.
You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach cross-functional teams, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement across multiple squads. Applicants should have at least 3 years in Agile delivery, proven Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience, and strong knowledge of Scrum/Lean.
