We are excited to offer a permanent Plumber position at HMP Buckley Hall, Buckley Hall Road, Rochdale, Lancashire, OL12 9DP
.

Standard hours: 39 hours per week, 08:00‑16:30 Monday‑Friday (finish at 15:30 Friday).

Join our vibrant, inclusive Ministry of Justice account working on Facilities Management, delivering critical services for prisons across the UK.

• Routine and non‑routine maintenance in a geographically and physically challenging site.
• Mains water supply repairs.
• Fault finding Identification of life expired equipment, checking, repairing and making good faults.
• Inspections, water sampling, Legionella sampling and risk assessment.
• Other tasks as directed by the Site.

• Full driving licence
• Experience in pipework in an industrial and commercial environment
• Experience in operating light plant
• NVQ level 3 in Plumbing and Heating is preferred (we may consider NVQ level
  2)
• Legionella Control (L8) and water risk assessment experience is desirable
