Assistant Manager

£28,500 per annual

40 hours per week - Store is open 8am till 12am

Birch Services, Eastbound M62 between Junction 18 and 19, Heywood OL10 2QH

As an Assistant Manager, you won’t just Assist, you’ll be a key part of our leadership team in store. You will be able to lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver KFC’s world-famous fried chicken and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What you will be doing as an Assistant Manager
  • As an Assistant Manager your responsibilities will involve supporting the day to day management and operation of your unit and colleagues:
    Including driving sales, unit budget and P&L, delivering brand standards, Health & Safety and recruitment.

  • Responsible for driving consistent high quality customer service

  • Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on potential issues, progress and overall performance.

What Skills & Knowledge you’ll need
  • An understanding of maximising profit by driving sales and controlling costs

  • An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders

  • Adhering to and ensuring delivery of brand standards

  • An emerging track record in managing and leading teams in a high volume, retail or catering brand environment

  • An efficient and productive manager, ensuring delivery of task’s in an effective and timely manner.
