Through your professional curiosity, you will recognise challenges, optimise opportunities, and drive sustainable change with greater efficiency and cost effectiveness, while continuing to deliver improved outcomes for people. Using a system thinking approach, you will lead complex programmes of change and transformation that strengthen integration across health and social care, embed prevention and strengths-based practice, and champion innovative, person-centred design. You will support teams to adopt new ways of working with confidence, ensuring change is not only delivered but truly owned, understood and sustained.

Responsibilities and role focus

You will work as part of the ASC Business Change and Transformation Team to turn EPiC Lives ambitions into tangible change. Your work will focus on leading complex change programmes, embedding prevention and strengths-based practice, and strengthening integration across health and social care. You will help ensure change is owned, understood and sustained by teams and stakeholders, and you will mobilise quickly in a dynamic environment.
