Commercial Director / Design & Build (Pharma) Consultancy / £125k + car / Manchester

How would you like the opportunity to spearhead growth within a design and build consultancy, specialising in the pharmaceutical sector?

I am working whit a longstanding client who have been looking for a Commercial Director to take the business to their ‘next level’ of growth. Coming up with a strategy for the next 5-10 years, you will have autonomy to lead the business into its next phase of progression.

This organisation has firmly established itself as a market leader in pharma and cleanroom design-and-build projects across the UK. It is a business that genuinely values collaboration and employee satisfaction, reflected in the number of team members who have been with the company for 10 years or more.

• driving commercial performance by protecting margins, improving cash flow, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Working closely with the board, operational leaders, and clients, you would support budgeting, forecasting, contract reviews, and tender activity, playing a key role in shaping strategic decisions.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (or equivalent)
• RICS Chartered (or equivalent)
• NEC accreditation or extensive expertise with NEC contracts

• Salary circa £125k (DOE)
