Multi Trades Operational Manager
Rochdale Borough wide Housing (RBH) is looking for a Multi Trades Operational Manager to lead and support the Empty Homes Team and contractors, driving high performance, productivity, and service excellence.
Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of works to empty homes, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, cost‑effectively, and to a high standard.
- Lead and coordinate an in‑house workforce, managing multiple trades and contractors to achieve successful outcomes.
- Manage budgets and deadlines, prioritise workload and resources, and analyse performance information to continually improve services.
- Communicate confidently, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, customers and partners.
- Keep up to date with best practice across the technical area and implement learning in the workplace.
- Adapt to changing priorities without compromising service delivery.
