Mon–Fri, 7:30am–3:30pm | Holiday: 20 days + 8 Bank Holidays

We’re hiring a Manufacturing Office Coordinator to be the heart of a busy, growing business in Rochdale.

What you’ll do as a Manufacturing Office Coordinator:
Take and manage customer orders efficiently
Coordinate workloads with the workshop team
Manage stock, materials, and shipments
Liaise with customers and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly
Maintain records using Xero and Camduct Autodesk
Support process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

What we’re looking for in a Manufacturing Office Coordinator:
Office-based experience in manufacturing, production planning, or coordination
Strong organisation, planning, and communication skills
Practical, proactive mindset with attention to detail
