Pay Rate: £12.24 per hour

Hours:

Monday – Friday (Rotating Shifts)

6:00am – 2:00pm
2:00pm – 10:00pm
Occasional 8:00am – 5:00pm shifts available

Contract:

Temporary to Permanent

About the Role

We’re currently recruiting Production & Manufacturing Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team in Rochdale. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the production process, helping to assemble, prepare, and finish products to high quality standards.

This opportunity offers immediate starts, a clean working environment, and the chance to secure a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and bond components as part of the manufacturing process
Prepare materials including sanding, finishing, and quality checking
Support production lines and build teams to meet daily output targets
Carry out general factory and manufacturing duties
Follow health & safety and quality procedures at all times
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work area

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or hands-on roles
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
Able to work well as part of a team
Willing to work rotating shifts
