Hours:

Monday Friday (Rotating Shifts)

• 6:00am 2:00pm
• 2:00pm 10:00pm
• Occasional 8:00am 5:00pm shifts available

Temporary to Permanent

About the Role

We re currently recruiting Production & Manufacturing Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team in Rochdale. This is a hands-on role where you ll support the production process, helping to assemble, prepare, and finish products to high quality standards.

This opportunity offers immediate starts, a clean working environment, and the chance to secure a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and bond components as part of the manufacturing process
• Prepare materials including sanding, finishing, and quality checking
• Support production lines and build teams to meet daily output targets
• Carry out general factory and manufacturing duties
• Follow health & safety and quality procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work area

What We re Looking For

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or hands-on roles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Willing to work rotating shifts
