Danish Crown UK is hiring a Deputy Production Manager for the PM shift at our Rochdale site. You will lead the late-shift production floor, drive labour deployment, yield, output and downtime targets, and ensure safety and quality standards in real time.
Working mostly Monday to Friday 14:00–23:30 with potential flexibility, you will coordinate with Engineering, Quality and Planning to stabilise lines, reduce waste and implement improvements, reporting to the Production Manager.
