Key Duties Wax Operative Shape wax moulds using specialist tools, knives, and Bunsen burners.

Complete intricate, hands-on work with a high level of accuracy. Use transferable skills from sewing, crafting, model making, jewellery making, electronics, or similar precision-based activities. Core Department Operative Produce ceramic cores used in aerospace casting processes. Operate machinery and follow detailed manufacturing procedures. Support production activities within a controlled manufacturing environment. Wax Injection Operator Operate wax injection machinery. Change die patterns and tooling as required.

Carry out quality inspections and basic machine checks. Ensure products meet required quality standards. Requirements Ability to work a rotating shift pattern. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed work instructions. Comfortable working in a physically active manufacturing environment. Good manual dexterity and practical skills. Successful completion of a pre-employment medical assessment. Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential.

Working Hours & Pay Starting pay: £15.93 per hour. Monday to Friday. Rotating shifts: 6am-2pm . 2pm-10pm . Overtime opportunities available. Interested?
