THE ROLE
As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you'll be responsible for preparing and refinishing vehicles, ensuring all paintwork is completed efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

· Preparing vehicle surfaces for refinishing, including sanding, filling, masking, and priming.

· Mixing and applying paint using appropriate spray equipment and techniques.

· Carrying out colour matching, blending, and refinishing work to achieve a high-quality finish.

· Inspecting completed paintwork and rectifying imperfections where required.

· Working closely with Panel Beaters and other workshop technicians to maintain an efficient repair process.

· Completing allocated repairs within agreed timescales while maintaining excellent workmanship.

· Following appropriate health and safety procedures when handling paints, solvents, and workshop equipment.

· Maintaining spray equipment, tools, and the working area in a clean and professional condition.

ABOUT YOU
This opportunity would suit an experienced Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician / Paint Refinisher / Vehicle Painter who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes.

You'll ideally have:

· Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer or Paint Technician within a professional Bodyshop or accident repair environment.

· Recognised qualification in Vehicle Refinishing (NVQ / IMI / City & Guilds / ATA or equivalent).

· Strong knowledge of modern vehicle paint systems, colour matching, blending, and refinishing techniques.

· Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

· The ability to work efficiently while maintaining consistently high standards.

· Strong organisation and the ability to work effectively as part of a skilled workshop team.

· A full UK driving licence.

· A commitment to continuous professional development.
