Nurse - Complex Care

Location: Burnley, Tameside & Rochdale
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Contract: Full-Time | Permanent

Complex Care Professionals provides specialist, person-centred care to adults and children with complex healthcare needs in their own homes. Working alongside NHS Trusts, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and multidisciplinary teams, we deliver high-quality care that enables people to live safely and independently.

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our clinical team.

As Branch Nurse, you'll provide clinical leadership across our services, ensuring the highest standards of care while supporting our healthcare teams and clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Completing clinical assessments and person-centred care plans.

• Supporting complex hospital discharges and new care packages.

• Delivering clinical training and competency assessments.

• Providing clinical guidance to healthcare assistants and operational teams.

• Attending MDT meetings, CHC reviews and safeguarding meetings.

• Overseeing medication management and clinical governance.

• Conducting audits and supporting CQC compliance.
