QA Supervisor

What you will be doing

You will join our busy technical department to take ownership of managing our site QAs, ensuring compliance with site policies, procedures and customer standards across a dynamic site environment.

• Leading, scheduling and mentoring the QA team while supervising daily technical activities, factory schedules and sampling programmes.
• Monitoring, analysing and trending compliance KPIs, environmental swabbing and test results to proactively manage non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Maintaining site adherence to BRCGS, HACCP, customer codes of practice and food safety legislation through regular process audits, risk assessments and validation tasks.
• Assisting in preparing for and executing internal, third-party, customer and regulatory audits, with the capability to manage visits independently.
