Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join the team in our Rochdale store. You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.91 per hour plus non-contractual hourly sales commission. In return, you will enjoy opportunities for growth within your retail career. This is a part‑time, permanent position contracted to 4 hours per week.

You will have a positive attitude towards providing exceptional customer service, the ability to work well within a team, stamina to handle a fast‑paced shop floor, and calmness under pressure.

• Approaching customers, providing helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.
• Serving customers at the till – processing sales transactions.
• Recommending and promoting complimentary products with each sale.
• Collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
• Continuous stock replenishment to ensure the shelves are always full.
• Processing stock deliveries in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that the shop floor is kept clean & tidy to a high standard.
• Performing any additional ad hoc duties as required.
