Retail Shift Manager

Summary

£15.45 - £15.95 per hour | 35 hour contract | 30‑35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Enhanced family leave. As a Retail Shift Manager you’ll help maintain our high standards day after day, motivating your team and taking responsibility for the shop floor.

In return, we’ll give you a competitive hourly pay rate, plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, as well as a generous benefits package. We’re proud to be supportive teams with big ambitions, so there’ll be plenty of ways for you to progress.
