Sales Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at RRG Skoda, located in Rochdale. The Sales Manager will oversee the daily performance of the sales team, set and monitor sales targets, and ensure all team members meet or exceed individual and group sales objectives. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, developing strategies to improve performance, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Building strong customer relationships and leading sales initiatives to drive business growth will also be key priorities.

• Expertise in Sales, Customer Relations, and Business Development
• Proven leadership skills, including Team Management and Performance Evaluation
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Problem‑Solving abilities
• Strategic Thinking and Data Analysis skills to develop and implement sales strategies
• Experience in Automotive Sales or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales software is desirable
• Flexibility to work on-site in Rochdale, with a customer‑focused mindset
• Volkswagen group experience preferred but not essential
