TAY Recruitment is seeking an experienced Team Leader for our client, a leading provider of telecom rooftop installations. You will manage the delivery of rooftop 5G sites and other telecom projects.

Please note:

this role requires travel approximately 75% of the time.

• Oversee and deliver telecom rooftop site projects to specification and schedule.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings.
• Manage a site team of 2-4 operatives.
• Liaise with Project Management and Stores teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and propose solutions to on-site issues.
• Drive performance to meet project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and CDM regulations.
• Maintain accurate daily and weekly site documentation.
• Monitor and control site costs effectively.
• Motivate and lead the team to achieve project goals.

• Roofing, concrete, and structural steelwork
• Handrailing, access ladders, and walkways
• Core drilling and lightning protection
• Cable management systems and builders' work
• Safe-to-climb systems

• Rooftop Worker Certification
• Radio Frequency Hazard Awareness
• First Aid
• Abrasive Wheels
• Ladder Safety & Rescue
• Manual Handling
• Asbestos Awareness
• PICW Training
• SSSTS or SMSTS

• COSHH, PUWER, LOLER, CDM
• Electrical & Environmental Awareness

• Advanced Climbing & Rescue
• Safe-to-Climb Systems (Latchways, Metreel, Glidelok)
• Hoisting & Lowering
• IPAF, Dumper, Roller, Excavator Operation

• Strong leadership and communication skills
