Adult's Social Worker, Rough Sleeping Team, Rochdale Pay rate £35 per hour Contract role, Rough Sleeper Initiative We are recruiting for experienced Adult's Social Worker in the Greater Manchester area. This to work in a specialist Rough Sleeping Team in Rochdale.

• An exciting pilot opportunity has arisen for a committed and motivated Social Worker for a 12-month period.

• This role is ideal for Grade 8 Social Workers seeking to broaden their professional experience and strengthen their skills through a meaningful and challenging new area of practice. In this role, you will provide targeted social work support to people who are rough sleeping or at risk of rough sleeping.

• You will work collaboratively with local authority teams, commissioned housing providers and outreach services to deliver statutory functions, reduce risk, and create sustainable routes away from homelessness.

• Your work will focus on improving stability, safety, wellbeing and long-term outcomes for individuals facing multiple disadvantages.

• Be an experienced social worker in Adult Social Care

• You will be an experienced social worker confident in complex case management and undertaking safeguarding enquiries
