Family Help Deputy Manager - Contract Opportunity

Are you an experienced Family Support Worker looking for a rewarding contract role? We are currently seeking a dedicated Family Help Deputy Manager to join our client Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your skills in family support and management, making a positive impact in local communities. This role is offering a pay rate of £28.86ph and will be a fully office based position.

• Assist in the delivery of family support services, supervising frontline staff, and ensuring that service users receive high-quality care.
• Support the delivery of family support programmes aligned with organisational standards.
• Supervise and guide Family Support Workers to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Conduct assessments of family needs and develop tailored support plans.
• Monitor case progress and ensure timely updates and documentation.
• Collaborate with external agencies and social services to coordinate support.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
• Promote a safe, nurturing environment for service users.
• Contribute to team meetings and ongoing training initiatives.

• Experience working as a Family Support Worker or in a similar family support role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Relevant experience in managing or supervising staff (preferred).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
