We’re recruiting an experienced Adult MASH Social Worker to join a fast-paced, multi-agency team supporting vulnerable adults through effective risk management, timely decision-making, and partnership working.

The Role Includes:
  • Screening and responding to adult safeguarding referrals
  • Making proportionate threshold decisions in line with the Care Act 2014 and safeguarding guidance
  • Working collaboratively with police, health professionals, housing teams, and partner agencies
  • Completing risk assessments and identifying appropriate safeguarding interventions
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring high standards of practice
  • Supporting timely access to the right services for adults at risk
What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Social Worker
  • Active Social Work England (SWE) registration
  • Experience in Adult Safeguarding, MASH, Front Door, or Duty teams
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding processes, risk assessment, and the Care Act 2014
  • Confident communication and sound professional judgement
