Rochdale Borough Council (GM Collaboration) is seeking experienced Youth Justice Case Managers to support delivery within its Youth Justice Service, based in Rochdale, OL16 1XL
. This is a full-time, hybrid agency placement running from 27 July 2026 to 09 October 2026 at £21.14 per hour.
- completing Asset Plus and prevention/diversion assessments
- developing and delivering tailored intervention plans
- managing complex caseloads in line with legislation and Youth Justice standards
- preparing court reports and multi‑agency forum submissions
- contributing to safeguarding and risk management processes
- proven experience in a Youth Justice Service or similar setting
- strong knowledge of child development, trauma‑informed practice, and safeguarding
- experience across prevention, diversion, and statutory court/custody interventions
- ability to complete Asset Plus or equivalent assessments
- excellent report writing
- Enhanced DBS clearance
