What you will do:

Conduct assessments and gather essential information to understand families' needs and gauge risks.
Liaise with locality leads to offer support and informal advice across disciplines in the Early Help and Support Hub (EHASH).
Provide coaching and supervision to other social workers within the team.
Implement creative solutions to support families and prevent the need for escalation to specialist services.
