These roles will not only secure full time employment as a teaching assistant following the completion of your degree, but it also gives you a clear and concise pathway onto a potential school based initial teacher training programme or experience to apply for your own PGCE. We work with a number of primary schools across Rochdale that are very keen to add several graduate teaching assistants to their staff team.

• Carrying out small group interventions with a focus on maths, reading & writing and speaking.
• One to one support with SEN and lower ability students.
• General class support.

• Graduates of Maths, English, Psychology, Education Studies, Science, Arts etc.
• Aspiring teachers.
• Small group work with literacy, numeracy and phonics.
• Supported and trained by head teacher and SLT.
