A leading manufacturer supplying is looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with electrical bias to join their flagship site in Rochdale. The role involves working with state of the art equipment, in a well functioned team that focuses on process improvements. This is a progressive business, valuing investment into staff, training & development across all departments.

Role Description

Planned and reactive maintenance work to maximise OEE, reduce downtime and improve machinery performance
Communicating effectively with wider engineering team, production and other key stakeholders
Ensure the highest H&S standards and safe working practices are carried out
Spot opportunities for process improvements and work with team to implement those
Improvement Projects

Skills and Qualifications

Time-Served Electrical Maintenance Engineering Experience
Food/FMCG/Packaging Industrial Engineering Backgrounds desired
Previous work in a fast paced environment
Motivated to work in a team environment and continue to develop as an engineer
Ability to work independently
Willingness to train & take on internal training opportunities
