Participants will rotate through oilseed processing and ethanol operations at Rochelle, IL and Fairmont, MN, gaining hands-on experience and preparing for a full-time engineering role upon successful completion. Relocation for future growth is required; successful graduates may pursue roles such as Plant Engineer, Project Engineer, or Operations Manager across CHS locations.
