Salary
$10,000-$15,000 Sign ON BONUS. Bonus amount with a 2 year signed commitment (US citizen eligibility). Must be available to cover evening and midnight shifts when needed.

Position SummaryPrimary responsibility is to perform careful and accurate scientific work using a variety of manual and automated procedures, while consistently maintaining compliance with all current regulatory agencies. The performance of EKG's, arterial, capillary and venipuncture phlebotomy is required. Accurate problem solving and judgement in high‑pressure situations is required. Providing good customer service to patients, families, visitors, and physicians is also required.

Education- Associate of Science in Medical Laboratory Technician
- Certified by a nationally recognized credentialing agency for Medical Laboratory Technician, MLT (ASCP) or MLT (AMT)
- None required, must pass Certification exam within 1 year of hire.
- Adapts well to change and maintain a positive attitude.
- Teamwork – Contributes to the positive morale of the department through attitude and actions.
- Prioritizes tasks and is able to multi‑task.
- Ability to use complex medical equipment.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Detail oriented.
- The ideal candidate must be able to work and complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Demonstrates the ability to work accurately and effectively in oral and written directions and communication.
- Use of hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Stand for long periods of time.
- Repeat the same movements.
- Moderate lifting, pulling, pushing and carrying in a busy environment. Lifts weights up to 25 pounds.
The employee is subject to hazards: chemical hygiene plan and blood borne pathogen guidelines are in place for employee safety. The employee is subject to atmospheric conditions of controlled lab environment.
