Employer funded with an average retirement contribution of up to $4 per hour
What This Role Will Be Doing- Pick and pack to ensure all orders are pulled and packaged properly to be loaded
- Ensure all orders are loaded properly on the correct trailer and all the paperwork is complete so the orders can ship
- Develop and maintain a clean, safe working environment and ensure participation in safety programs and required trainings
- Consistently demonstrate and incorporate principals of safety for self and others into daily activities
- Sort and move product interdepartmentally while operating and using a variety of material handling equipment, including, but not limited to, forklift, hand-helds, racks, etc.
- Perform all duties in a manner that promotes team concept and encourages team effort
- Perform other duties as assigned that would lead to successful operation of department, team, and/or company mission
- Ability to work on assigned tasks while portraying excellent teamwork mentality
- Problem solving skills and innovative solutions
- Dynamic self-motivation and ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to maintain positive moral within the workforce
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Warehouse hand-held ERP technology experience a plus but not required - training will be provided
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time
