Wednesday - Saturday 8:00PM - 6:00

AMConduct repairs and maintenance to electric and propane driven material handling equipment. Replace batteries to electric lift truck equipment and ensure assets are managed, while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.#
** KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Conduct preventive maintenance within manufacturer’s specifications and established timelines to include watering, washing, acid spill clean-up, battery rack clean-up, positive/negative cable repairs, and connector replacements to batteries and charging equipment
* Maintain reporting of required inspections, evaluations, and preventive maintenance procedures
* Communicate all pertinent equipment operation and maintenance information to leadership daily
* Complete work order tasks and ensure all performed work is logged into the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) daily
* Maintain current inventory asset logs for battery and charging equipment
* Assist maintenance leadership in maintaining and managing parts inventories#
** ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**#
** MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)
*** 1-year material handling equipment or battery/charger maintenance experience
* Demonstrated experience working with lead acid batteries, and electrical charging equipment
* Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
* Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely deadlines
* Demonstrated ability to input data with a high accuracy rating and attention to detail
* Ability to work in temperatures as low as
-20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
* Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
* Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
* Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

Pay Range:$15.19 - $25.58
