What You’ll Do- Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Experience:
Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations, preferably in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail. - People Focus:
Passionate about developing and leading teams, with strong coaching and mentoring skills. - Goal‑Oriented:
Excited by the challenge of driving results, achieving targets, and building a thriving business. - Must be 18 years or older.
