Anderson Plumbing & Heating, Rochelle IL is looking for new members to join our team as a HVAC Installer or Technician. In this energetic role, you will install diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your mechanical expertise and proactive approach will help keep systems running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to clients.

HVAC Installer Responsibilities:

• Installing furnaces, air conditioning systems, roof top units and ductwork.
• repairs on furnace, ac, and boilers
• Keeping daily logs and records of equipment installs.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
• Assisting with customers' queries.

HVAC Installer Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent.
• 3+ years experience as an HVAC installer, tech and willingness to continue education in HVAC field.
• Valid drivers' license.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning and heating.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
