• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Knowledge of accounting principles, such as GAAP
• Ability to manage the general ledger and reconcile accounts
• Experience with internal and external audits

• Experience with accounting software and tools
• Background in manufacturing industry finance
• Proven track record of process improvement initiatives
